LUXURY Apartment in BLUE Playa Venao D-32

El lugar, en medio del Pacífico, es simplemente maravilloso. Es ideal para disfrutar de un tiempo de relajación en familia, especialmente con niños. Nos hizo sentir como en casa desde el primer momento. Agradecemos mucho a la anfitriona por su amabilidad y por estar siempre pendiente de nosotros. La limpieza del apartamento es excelente y cuenta con todas las comodidades necesarias para una estadía confortable: lavavajillas, lavadora, horno y todo lo que se necesita para disfrutar sin preocupaciones.

Emplacement

The unit was clean and decorated lovely, exactly as shown in the photos. It was an easy walk to the beach and little “town” of Playa Venao. The property manager was very helpful and lovely. The unit was stocked with the essentials and the beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were big and functional. We loved the Blue Venao pool club and even the pool just for our units within walking distance.

It is advertised as a “water view” but you have to strain your neck to see the water from the balconey of the living room. In the United States we don’t call this a water view. And the design of this unit is so odd since the bedrooms don’t have waterviews either. The bedrooms are cutely decorated but look out to a construction site and a road. Also, the key/locking system is wacky. There is one key for the unit but if some people go to the beach or out on the town at night, you cannot also stay in the unit and lock the door behind you becuase then people cannot get in if you lock it. And the first time we figured this out,I left my friend inside to do work and I locked the door and put the key in the lockbox and she was locked in!!! So at night we had to leave the door unlocked if she decided to stay out with friends in town. This is very unsafe and is a simple fix to make people feel secure. I have never seen a ridiculous locking system like this and I highly recommend swapping it out for a normal lock. And finally, whoever decided to install slippery tile on the outdoor pathways and balconies leading up to the unit should be fired. Who installs highly slippery tile in a tropical rainy country. Someone is going to slip and fall and die. Bad design.

Very nice apartment with everything you need. Less than 5 min walk to the beach. Access to Beachside club with pool and comfortable chairs was great.
