Modern 2-Bed Apt, Late check in available

Spacious living room, the staff is really helpful.

In the bedrooms there is no air conditioning, so it was quite hot in there. Entering the building was a bit difficult.

Very clean super friendly and loved the place! WOULD definitely visit again next time!

It’s clean and comfortable. Facilities are good.

1. One air-con in the living room. Only fans in the bedrooms. So need to leave the bedroom door open to allow cooled air to come in. 2. The electronic door lock is tricky. Took us a long time to figure out how it worked, especially when it is locked from inside. 3. No water block in the bathroom. Water leaked out from the bathroom door and flooded the corridor. 4. Only salt and pepper in the kitchen. No oil!

Apartment was very modern, clean, spacious and had everything we needed. It have a great location, close to center (10-15 minutes), close to all major attractions, well equipped. The apartment also has free parking. The host was very friendly and we had a good communication.

The apartment had everything we needed for a short stay in Split. There is a lot of space. My kids loved the games and puzzles available. There is an elevator and there is a big Spar Market and a bar downstairs as well as other markets and bakeries nearby. Around a 15minute walk to old town.

The apartment is very spacious and well equiped with necessities. It was very clean and neat and host Ana was very helpful allowing us to check in earlier and gave good tips for the stay. Location of the apartment is perfect, walking distance to the city centre, beach can also be reached in a few minute ride. There is a supermarket in the same building, which we found very convenient.

The smart lock on the apartment doors had a mail-function and we were notified that we have left the doors open when leaving the apartment, which was not the case as they were locked with an actual key properly. Shower in the bathroom doesn’t drain so everything is flooding after showering, even in near by corridor and bedroom. One little towel per person is not enough, beach towels would have been nice too.

Great communication with Ana who gave so much information and was extremely helpful and caring that our stay was perfect in every way. The space of the apartment was great.
