Location. Staff. Views and size of the suite.

Not enough sun loungers around the pool. Shelf in bathroom falling off. Cold shower. Found someones underware in room.

"Friendly Staff but room needs massive updating"

The staff is super friendly and the 2nd floor reception area is quite beautiful and calming.

The bathroom needs to be updated. The shower stall was quite grimy and the showerhead only worked intermittently. We were told that we were upgraded to a bigger bathtub but the bathtub unfortunately did not work properly.
