Central 3 Bed 1 Bath in Historic Building

De locatie, leuke omgeving op 5 min lopen van North Station

Heel erg oud pand dat voor ons gevoel op instorten staat. Zou nodig gerenoveerd moeten worden. Veel dingen in de accommodatie dus ook erg oud en kapot (bijv plafond/wanden enz) Geen reactie van accommodatie op diverse vragen. Zelf achter de checkin gegevens moeten gaan en ook Booking.com hiervoor ingeschakeld

Lot of noise at night, the windows would deserve double glazing. Shower needs an upgrade.

It was not described as it appeared. We didn’t even stay at the property. The stairs were so steep and narrow that we couldn’t navigate a suitcase up the stairs. The floor boards into the bathroom were so warped it was a trip hazard. No parking available. This is just a short summary.

This was a great location. Check in was easy with door codes, but i did have to ask for codes the morning of check in. Listing says they will send it 2 days prior. Make sure to check the messages on booking, too, as they require you to send pics of your ID prior and fill out a form. The stairways are very narrow, so definitely not large suitcase friendly, but we knew that when we booked and had no problems. It was a quiet location other than street noise, but there is no getting away from that in Boston.

The staircase to go upstairs was a little scary with two steps that felt like you could easily fall through. The shower is really small and water goes all over the floor. Beds were hard, and even with a variety of different pillows, i couldn't find one that worked for me. The oven gets really hot. It was a little scary to see that some of the knobs were melted a lot..We were looking forward to the top story balcony but it appeared rotted out and not safe. It was covered with tarps and staging.

Super close to everything we wanted to see and do. Sunny space, 3 separate bedrooms with very comfortable beds. Full kitchen with a table for 6.

The stairs/hallways were skinny, and the internal stairs a bit bouncy. The living room was a bit small and under furnished, but the kitchen was large.

Very close to public transportation and Little Italy. Super friendly neighborhood. Place was clean—accommodated all guests and did not disappoint

Property manager was a little slow to respond but not a deal breaker

It was a great location and exactly as described it wasn't fancy but it was well taken care of and clean. Thought it was a great value and would happily stay there again.
