Inside of the caravan was lovely and well equipped.

Very noisy neighbours, waterlogged grass and no parking outside the caravan for my elderly grandmother.

What a terrible time away for us. So we arrived at the caravan and it was pouring of rain so we decided to take the girls swimming. When we got there was told I had to buy passes for swimming and it was £110 for 2 adults and 3 children. So unfortunately we didn't go. So we then tried to go in entertainment complex again was told I need passes. We went back to caravan to sort something out for the kids but couldn't do anything as it was raining. Turned on TV to find out not working as no signal. Tried WiFi again not working. Messaged the contact number to be told that tv doesn't work when it's raining and they wanted me to send pics of WiFi box. At this point I wanted to leave but was told I will not get a refund. So decided to stay. We walked down to bar and restaurant to get food and AGAIN was told we can't get in without passes. At this point Now I was so so pee off and contacted the number again. Was told to use uber eat or go to shop....... Beds to small, shower not good as couldn't change temp, single toilet smelt bad, terrible neighbours shouting and singing at 2am waking up the kids. So to sum it up we sat in a caravan all night with nothing to do. Eat potnoodles from shop as that's all they had. Woke up in morning and left straight away. WHAT A COMPLETE WAST OF TIME my kids were unhappy so I took them to Clacton and we had a great time. I understand and was willing to pay for a few bits like swimming but £110 for about 1hrs swimming and to eat food was to much on top of the £118 one night stay. Maybe think about this if you are a family looking for a break with the kids. Better off booking direct with holiday park as it's all in and probably works out cheaper.

Cabin was suprisingly spacious. Very clean and tidy and comfortable. Linen was lovely and clean and the whole cabin felt nice and homely. We used as a stop over after using the Hook of Holland ferry.

It was very hot inside when we arrived. It took a long time to cool it down by opening the windows. We couldn't leave the windows open at night, so it was stuffy by morning. Very close to other cabins. Walls paper thin.

Fantastic property, clean and a fantastic stay. Welcoming and easy to locate.

The caravan was very well equipped. The location was fantastic. Great communication.

Just the ants . Need to be aware. Don't leave any food on the sides .

Spacious and comfortable. Everything we needed and very clean. Beds v comfy.

Struggled with adjusting shower temp but that is all.
