D&S - Crocodile House S. Bento Apartments

The location is perfect. You just need 5-10 minutes to reach the main sightseeing. There is the reception next to the house where you can take keys and in case of early arrival leave your luggage for free. In the apartment there is everything for living.

In the evenings it is too noisy outside and it is impossible to sleep. The apartment looks big in the photos, but in reality it is much smaller. There is a corridor between the living room and the kitchen, which is too low, so it is inconvenient to walk along it. The main railway station is located next to the house, and because of the loud announcements you can hear them from time to time. Also it was hard to open and close the main door of the building.

Location is top!

Beds are very uncomfortable. The door's lock of the Flat was very annoying and unpractical. One night, it didn't even work and we had to ask for help. You can only shower 10 seconds before bathroom is flooded. It was a difficult stay for us.

The flat is in the center of Porto, everything is close to it and easy to get there. The hosts were very kind and welcoming, we arrived earlier and we could leave our luggage by them in the office for free. We loved that in some minutes we could get to everywhere, cross the river and beyond.

Some things didn't operate well: the entry door lock wasn't in good shape, and sometimes, it took minutes to open or close it. The plug in the bathroom was out of order. The street was sometimes really very loud, even in the middle of the night, but we didn't care, still, it was a bit disturbing.

Good activity recommendations by all staff, almost available at anytime on Whatsapp. Air conditioner was working well in those hot days.

Many Equipment non functional. Missing key elements (toaster, toilet paper holder, bread knife, wine bottle and beer opener, extra towels, kitchen wipes, Loose staircase ramp= dangerous. No parking, but I think it is standard in Porto

Location was good, near Time Out Market, Bento station and walkable distance from many monuments to visit.

The AC was leaking water all over the couch, floor etc. Lots of noise

Central location. Lovely stay and would recommend to anybody looking for a city break

The location was amazing! And the lady helping us at checkin was so nice, she studies in NL for a year, so we immediately connected

The beds were hard, crammed and badly made up. The shower door was broken and the drain clogged, we had to ask twice to repair it. The accomadation did not look like the photos.
