I checked out as soon as I arrived as property was not sold honestly to me. It was sold as a hotel room when in fact it was a privately owned and managed apartment in a hotel building. NOT what I paid for.

It was sold as a hotel room when in fact it was a privately owned and managed apartment in a hotel building - NOT what I paid for. Dishonest advert, rude and unhelpful property manager. Booking.com say they are not responsible for how properties are advertised on their website!?! Owner won’t refund me, booking won’t take any responsibility either. Whole thing has been dishonest and expensive for me.
