great location, very nice surroundings

no air condition, only one fan, a bit difficult in the mid of a hot summer. stairs steep, so avoid too big luggage.

great location

strong smell from drainage , temp cleared when waters flushed by toilet / shower. need to replenish / update some of the kitchen utensils , also would remove some/all old books & magazines , just would benefit from a general update / refresh
