"Good visit erased by inoperable elevators."

Elevators were out of order for the entire 6 day stay. Had to haul luggage, groceries, ski gear up/down 2 flights of stairs. No options or apologies given.

"Don't waste your money"

The location was great

I got a call the day before arrival saying that the elevator was going to be down the day I arrived. I assumed it would be down just that day and not for my whole stay. I had to carry 2 suitcases, a loaded down snowboard bag and 2 more trips from the parking garage to carry groceries up to the room. I never seen anyone even looking at the elevator during my stay, so I started looking back at other reviews and it's been down for over a month! 🤦‍♂️ I'm guessing that's just their practice is get people in, and then tell them the day before they're going to carrying their stuff.

Elevator did not work, staff said they provided this information during welcome call, this was not the case. Microwave didn’t work.

Location was perfect for the festival we were attending.

It’s a little more expensive than it should have been, considering there was construction and interior painting happening during our stay.
