The location of the property is good.

The sheets and duvets were not nice. Each room had only one towel. Right through the night the dogs around the property barked.

Great location

Upon entering the bedrooms my children and I found clothes (under garment) belonging to previous guest including old toothbrush undies. This was a concerned. The overall cleanliness and upkeep dose not meet expectation as per advertised. No hot shower and low water pressure. No washine machine and dryer available at the top unit. The only washing machine available was downstairs. Disappointing to find clothes from previous tenants in the washing machine. No proper waste management, previous guest garbage was left in front of the gate, smell of sewege. Resident Manager was onsite during our arrival doing last minute clean up. A little love and TLC put into the place, this will be an ideal holiday home suitable for family and couples.

Good sized rooms, comfortable beds. Nice and close to the airport and great for our family.

No advance warning that the account was to be settled in cash on arrival. The kitchen was tired. Only one ceramic mug, all the rest were plastic. Only two towels were available for the five of us on arrival. The rest were drying on a line outside, and were still damp in the morning. Despite these shortcomings, we would stay again. But please advertise that you only accept cash.

The apartment was old and the stairs and entrance to the apartment was very dirty when we arrived. The plumbing was defective, water was running in the kitchen faucet and can’t be stopped although faucet was turned off but there was no water in the shower . The kidney basin was moldy, towels were smelly. Beddings were old. There were no restaurants nearby. We booked for 3 nights but stayed only for 1 night and transferred to another hotel the following day. We payed the same price in the other hotel which was located direct on the beach and was very clean and comfortable.

Location was ideal for what we came to do

Kitchen didn't have enough cutleries. Coackroaches crawling everywhere. They need to install smoke alarms in both flats. Guests in bottom flat went out and left cooking unattended. Black smoke were coming out of the flat so if smoke detector was in place we would have been alerted much sooner. Fire authorities were called in to attend to this mishap.

No study table. Washing machine not available.

Bed bugs were so annoying
