There was enough of separate rooms for our entire family so that everyone was able to have their own room. The rooms were very spacious. The back patio deck was very large and comfortable. It had soft lights that were a nice touch. We could tell they were in the mist of renovating so we made the best of it.

The floors had not been swept when we arrived. There were personal belongings of the by the front door. The side porch had a sitting bench with a cushion but apparently at some point and time had animals feces on. It was nothing visible and could not be smelt until you had sat there for a while and when you moved you smelt like feces. There were three trash cans outside but all three were full. The theme of the house was rustic which was ok but instead of actual doors there were sliding barn doors that still had a crack/gap so anyone could hear or peek in. Couldn't do adult things like that 😌

The property was very roomy close to everything had everything you needed loved the deck on the plenty off room my elderly parents loved it

Oh it was so nice and in a quiet neighborhood

The dogs next door you could smell them when on deck but we know there is nothing you can do about that

A whole lot of beds and adequate bathrooms for a large group. It had a kitchen with some storage space for food.

The kitchen was tiny and most of the cupboard space was already used so there wasn’t anywhere to store food. The table only sat 6, 8 if the kids sat hip-to-hip, and there really wasn’t anywhere other place to eat except outside. There also wasn’t a room big enough for our family to do activities together.

We liked the proximity to the Ark Encounter, and that there was plenty of space for everyone.
