Apartamento Albatros Golf del Sur Apt. 257

Det var svært vanskelig å finne riktig adkomst til leiligheten vi skulle ha. OG det var dessverre ikke noe i adressen vi hadde fått oppgitt som tilsa at det var Parque albatros som var apartementsbygningene, siden adressen vi hadde fått oppgitt var Apartemento Albatros Golf del Sur Apt. 257. Ingen opplysning om at leiligheten var I Parque albatros. Resepsjonen var stengt, og vi måtte ha annen beboer til å åpne ytterporten for oss ved ankomst! Heldigvis fikk vi hjelp av ansvarlig Vakt for swimmingpoolen til å vise oss riktig vei til vår leilighet!

Prior arrival we send an email to managment asking if we could arrive at 1pm. We got the confirmation that room will be ready. Arrived a bit earlier. It is quite dificult to understand which building is the apartment at as the building itself has a previuos hotel name on it and reception is closed. 12pm. We started walking around and calling the number on the booking. Nobody answers after 30min we received a message from the number "what do you need". Thought it is really a scam and we booked apartment which doesnt exist. Around 1pm guy answers the phone and said to wait outdide on the bench until apartment will be ready. It is all good and we understand that sometimes not possible for early checking, but not answering the phone causing stress that is not needed on the first day of your holiday with 2 kids in the heat with warm clothes. The place its not bad but apartment 257 highly not recommended as managment is really bad.

Todo muy bien Edgar encantador y resolutivo y el dueño igual todo correcto en cuanto a la estancia nos dejaron el apartamento antes ya q estaba limpio y eso con nenes se agradece VOLVEREMOS CALIDAD -PRECIO MUY BIEN

La piscina muy limpia

Todo en general,el apartamento no tenía las comodidades anunciadas,el wifi no se pudo usar la contraseña muy mal especificada ,los tres días que estuvimos no se pudo usar la TV por no tener mando, el ventilador de la sala no funcionaba y el propietario no estuvo disponible en esos tres días intentando contactar con el y no se pudo.

The apartment was very clean. Towels,toilet paper and soap are all available. Tea towel and sponge in kitchen area. Close to shops and pub. Pool looked nice, though I didn't go in. I had food at the onsite cafe, it was just Ok. The gardens were clean and well kept. The room has a good size terrace with sun during the day. It had a big 45" TV that I could log into Netflix on (in fact I forgot to log out, so the next person booking it is can watch away 😊)

It was very basic. Furniture was mismatched and sofa was stained. Kitchen unit could really do with a coat of paint.There are lots of pots and pans and I think a toaster in the cupboards. The mattress was quite hard. My biggest peeve was that there was no kettle, even though there was a fridge to keep milk in (which we bought, presuming there would be a kettle to make tea) The layout of the apartments is very confusing and you end up going down one set of steps to go up another, just make sure you read the room numbers at the staircases. I pity anyone trying to find their room in the dark. The reception is only open for check in between 3.30pm and 7pm, so no access before then. You get what you pay for I guess, we were only staying there 2 nights so we weren't pushed
