"It was great!"

The property was very closed to all major tourist spots. It is very convenient as it’s closed to all fast food areas and wet market. The split type ac was great and cool!!! It was all worth it as its very affordable.

"We enjoyed our stay but the leaks"

It’s close to restaurants and groceries. Walking distance to Calle Crisologo. The property is very spacious. The staff is flexible especially checking in.

There was a typhoon. It rained for 3 days. The ceiling and walls were leaking and we had to mop the floor every morning for safety.
