4BR Home - Pool, hot tub pet friendly by ARK Experience

This was a beautiful property. The pool and the horses were lovely. If you are going to the Ark, it is really close. The owner was really easy to work with and talk to. The place was private and close enough to Dry Ridge (where you can get your groceries).

The hot tub was not functional, and I am always bummed when the listing doesn't inform you on the listing. Honestly, the pool was really wonderful, and we had other worries to detract from the lack of the hot tub. The only other thing was that my dad is in a wheelchair and while the house is pretty good for a wheelchair, the bathroom was tough for us. Neither restroom was great for a wheelchair. Again, the house was wonderful, but for handicap, you may need to consider the ability to work with non-ADA bathrooms.

The home was clean and quiet. The location was great for visiting the Ark Encouner, and only 1 hour from Kings Island in Cincy.

Entrance was not handicap friendly and hot tub was not working.

Family style / spacious / Pool was wonderfuld / Outside view awesome

Hot tub was out of order.

Size, decor, pool, location.

Everything was perfect, the house was very spacious and clean with a beautiful landscape. The children really enjoyed the pool. Kevin was very attentive and kind, my car broke down and he was very generous in helping me fix it. I hope to come back soon. Thank you very much. God Bless

They were always available, very nice people!! We hope to come back.... Loved the pool, the view is amazing.. Very clean. The house was nice and cool when we arrived, which felt amazing, it was hot outside.. Loved the walk in shower.. They provided a crib and high chair for our little guy.. We hope to bring our dog next time.. Very close to the Ark encounter.

Perfect location to many things. Loved the horse theme in the home. Loved petting the horses. I love animals.

The thing that might be helpful is skid proof strips going to the pool and into the pool. A railing in the pool steps would be good.

The property was perfect for my family. Very relaxing The views were amazing.

I wouldn’t change a thing.

The location was perfect for going to the Ark Encounter. We liked the house and the way it was decorated, the view out back, the adequate space, and that it had a pool and hot tub.

We would have liked to enjoy the hot tub (the owner did contact us on the way down to let us know that they had ordered a part and it may not be fixed in time) the pool water was cold, so we didn't enjoy it either. It would have been better if there were queen or king beds instead if full size beds in two of the bedrooms. Things we could have used more of were coffee cups, toilet paper, and towels and wash clothes.

Spacious home, sleeps up to 11 in a bed of some sort, beautiful/large/functional kitchen, large den, nice 4 ft.? swimming pool with a great deck, beautiful view of rolling hillside, quiet neighborhood, rustic antique furniture through out house, three TVs, large yard, three horses to visit, washer and dryer, free supplies of various sorts, griddle, propane grill, no cleaning fee, very close to the Ark Encounter, located in beautiful Williamstown.

House layout takes some getting use to, horses draw flys and flys get into the kitchen, flys plague the horse's faces...please get them some help, garage needs cleaning, check on the bathtub and make sure all is functioning, make sure hot water comes out of all fixtures in the main bathroom.
