This place was dreadful, no heating in the property, when tried to call Enoch there was response so we literally was freezing the whole stay. There was bedbugs on the mattres and the bedding was poor. Avoid booking this property at all cost, the neighbourhood is very dangerous too.

Very easy to get into property. Liked the keyless entry and was able to park outside. It wasn't difficult to locate and close to centre. Thats about all though

The property is run down, holes in walls, dirty marked walls. Kitchen was not equip - no forks and what was there did not seem clean when the cabinets were marked and dirty. The area is awful and I am no snob! it did not feel safe, the garden walls are so low you could easily see or climb into garden. The Tv streaming was awful and internet intermittent at best. The general cleaning was awful, maybe clean the banister as I think it should be white!!!

The bedrooms were nicely furnished and the property was generally well cleaned. Parking was on street but was no issues with finding space. Facilities provided were good. Landlord was able to help resolve one issue we experienced with good professional manner and helpfulness.

Property had a single bathroom on the ground floor and required passing through the kitchen to get to it. The lock on the bathroom was fiddly. There was signs of damp on the ceiling of the bathroom and on the wall in the lounge area.

The location is a quiet side street in Cardiff. The area felt a bit less than premium, but I felt very safe walking the area and leaving my nice car there. The property does not look stunning from the outside (in keeping with the area), but inside, it is well finished and comfortable. Definitely worth the money, and it will be on my list of places to stay if my daughter gets into Cardiff Uni.

The downstairs bathroom was a minor inconvenience. We had some trouble sleeping on the first night because network rail was doing overnight maintenance work to the nearby trainline, not the fault of the property.

This house was an exceptional find close to city centre and immaculate with free parking right outside. Will book here again if available when visiting Cardiff.

Blackout blinds needed as too light from 5am in summer especially front bedroom with 2 large windows. More coffee pods and toilet rolls would have been apprecated too as we had to shop for extra

Very modern and clean inside.

Couldn’t find an iron but there was an ironing board.
