"Lovely and cosy, great spot from the city centre"

Lovely spacious place, with plenty of places to sit. It's well decorated and very clean, the place looks exactly like the pictures. Beds were relatively comfortable too. It was an easy 20 minute walk to town, or a £8 uber XL to the city. Space was very convenient and the trains didn't bother us at all. There's enough foliage that it blocks off most of the sound.

The king sized bed isn't a complete mattress, it was zipped down the middle, which was disappointing. The same bedroom had so much sunlight in the morning it woke me up early hours every day I was there. It would do with some curtains, or if the blinds were to be blackout. The bathroom downstairs was a bit odd, but it's a lovely bathroom and the shower was always warm.

Lovely place, beds were comfy, tidy and lovely decor, great location, 20 min walk to centre , free parking

From the outside it looks scruffy , needs to be more inviting, it was clean but not to a great standard as we found loads of crumbs on carpets and kitchen, grill tray was still dirty when we came to u it.
