Everything in the house is super clean, floor is shining and no dust at all even at corners, all appliances works well, nice kitchen complete with utensils and appliances. Big fridge and big dustbin. (this is important to us)

Need to repair the ground floor bathroom, water stagnant on the floor.

The bathroom on ground floor was leaking. The host was receptive towards feedback and fixed it

Booked two units of the property from the same management. Everything excellent! Just nice for a big group vacation to stay in. Well decorated, all facilities you need are there, can view Shamrock beach from the balcony.

This unit came with a lot if stairs, 1sr floor living room, 1.5 floor kitchen, 2nd, 3rd and 3.5th floor then only will be the room. Might be a troublesome for older people to go up and down. But it’s a nice property!

Everything Excellent! Facilities - Everything you need, they have. From culteries to towels Well decorated property and clean. Management - Best customer service. Location - Strategic, in front of Shamrock Beach. To put it short, for a big group is very suitable property. Will find this place again if come to Penang. Respect the property and it’s a home, and treat it as your home. Just beware of monkey as this unit face little jungle.

I really enjoyed and we all were very satisfied and comfortable with all. It is really worth it and good value for money.

The towels were new i believe thats why got small small threads when i used it. Brand new towels should be washed also to avoid such thing. Otherwise there is nothing to be unliked.
