Apartment was perfect for our family group, it was clean and spacious, and the location was close to everything

Amazing spacious apartment with balcony and sea views. Very comfortable with all amenities. Close by to the centre and the bars and restaurants but the apartment is in a quiet location. There are steps nearby to the beach or there is a lift as well. The friendly host met us on arrival and showed us around, easy check in and out. Highly recommended will visit again

Very well designed apartment. Lots of space in the apartment and a large balcony. Nice view. Great that there were three toilets. Parking was a great convenience.

The apartment should be renovated. Especially the bathrooms, there was an unpleasant smell in them. They need to wash the couch, it's very dirty.

Location, size of property and facilities.

Toilet blocked before arrival and eventually needed clearing

The apartment is located in a residential block on the 6th (top) floor. We received a nice welcome pack of soap, shower gel. Washing up liquid and dish sponge. Plenty of toilet rolls. Utility off the kitchen was a great place to dry clothes and towels. Kitchen was fairly well equipped though a large tray would have been useful to carry things to the table. There is a small wardrobe on the balcony with a few lilos in. Good location for town, lots of bars, restaurant and the train station. A short walk along C. Casablanca on the right, there is a small square with lots of lovely restaurants and the Havana Cocktail bar. Further on is the Carrefour supermarket and the Steps with the shops. Just past the steps is a lift to take you down to the beach. To the other side of the apartment block is the police station.

Air Con STILL not working despite us also have an engineer who appeared to not have a clue what he was doing. I messaged several times but felt fobbed off. Another guest has mentioned the air con so it’s obviously an ongoing problem. They must know it’s not working as there is a large fan in the lounge which didn’t really help. At £1000 per week rental price, I feel they should compensate as it was 32c in October and uncomfortable at night. We couldn’t use the single bedroom as it was stifling all the time. No sunbeds round pool which was cold with broken tiles on the bottom. It closed on 3rd October and the locks were changed so you couldn’t get in! Noisy from the local bars all night and particularly at weekends. More noticeable if you are in one of the double rooms at the back. If it’s windy the shutters rattle and keep you awake. Bolster pillows were grubby on the corners. Nearly all the chairs legs had someone else’s hair wrapped around them. Only one of the rattan chairs on the balcony was usable as the other one had a broken seat.

Absolutely wonderful apartment very spacious for a family of 7 . Perfect location to everything , shops, Bars , restaurants all on the door step . 5 mins walk to the beach and train station. Perfect for a family vacation ☺️

Only downfall was the air-conditioning which the host sent maintenance out to fix😊 but still not great ! I would recommend extra sheets be supplied for guests staying longer than 7 days especially if they have small children. And maybe a sun bed for the pool area. Everything was exceptional 😊

The location, the space and an amazing view.

There isn't much bad to say. The only thing is that if the weather is hot and there's no wind it will be too hot on the living areas. I think a fan should be left there just in case. The bedroom are quite cool.
