South Beach Cabana Down - Patio - Pool - Located Across Street from Beach

The decor was so pretty and updated. I liked all the little touches. Everything you need is there. This is a duplex but we were lucky enough to not have any neighbor above us. It would be great for 2 families to have their seperate living quarters. The pool looked nice, it was cool when we were there, but you have to share it as it is a duplex. There is a ton of restaurants nearby, we actually walked to one. Grocery stores nearby and quaint town.

We booked on booking.com and it didnt state shared duplex, but we were lucky nobody was there. Parking is limited, we had a boat and did not have room for vehicle and the boat.

Location from the beach. The close proximity to places to eat at. The unit was very clean and "welcoming"

The unit was located next to a busy 2-way road. That area is so built up that the roads are very busy during the day and early evening. There were lots of road noise, especially during the weekend when lots of people drove into the area, but that is expected. Because there are no sidewalks, walking along the roadside made it challenging enough that I ended going down the side roads instead. The neighbors in the upper unit were pretty noisy. It sounded like they were constantly moving furniture/chairs around and several times, it sounded like they were lifting and dropping furniture and banging it around.

I loved that the property was located right across from the beach with a private access!

I really don’t have any complaints but if I had to state one, it would be the slow drain in the bathtub. It took a while for the water to drain out after a shower/bath.

Beach access right across the street was very convenient.

Nothing at all.
