Terra Verde Resort!! Private Pool, Game Room, Near Disney And Universal!!

Was really disappointed when we arrived went into one of the bathrooms there was a really bad smell of urine they'd put paper around lid as though it had been cleaned we lifted lid and was full of stagnant urine there was know lighting in main bedroom our bathroom was dirty around blocked up door in the runs of shower patio furniture was absolutely filthy ive taken photos and want to know how I make a formal complaint

When we arrived at the property on our first evening, the pool patio area was flooded with water from a faucet that was left on and the patio area was dirty and not clean. The Pool Cleaner advised the pool was leaking and that the pool was required to be filled daily by us. The patio table was damaged and unusable with rust on the feet of the table. There was no pool light so we could not swim in the pool after hours. The property gallery on Booking.com had pictures of sun loungers that were not there when we arrived. We queried this with the Property Management Company to be advised that sun loungers were not part of the inventory even though the old & damaged sun loungers were stacked adjacent to the property. The property inside was unclean, counter tops & floors were dirty, the couch was damaged and we could only sit on half of the couch. The fridge light was damaged and constantly flickered so you could not leave the door open for any amount of time. The sweeping brush was held together by tape so we could not brush the floor. The kitchen was dark as only 1 of the 4 lights was working. The property advertised lake views on Booking.com but we could not see any lake. The property advertised a games room which was a dirty garage with a Pool table. We made contact with the Property Management Company and made them aware of these issues, they advised they would send Housekeeping & Maintenance but did not. The main contact number provided was a bogus number that provided a no such number tone when rang. The emergency number was forwarded to a Voicemail system and none of my calls were returned. I was exhausted in my efforts to have the Property Management Company deal with any of the issues I raised that I felt no point in further communication during our stay. Please do not have your Holiday stay ruined by staying in this property or any property linked to Orlando Short Term Rentals.
