USWe ended up not staying even though we had prepaid for the property. We had just disembarked from a cruise and planned to spend one night in Southampton and then reboard another cruise. We asked where we could safely store our luggage until check in. The property owner had no place for us to do that and offered no help at all. We could not sit around from 8AM until 4PM on a curb in a neighborhood with our luggage. It was not doable so we booked a room at a hotel in the cruse port area.
I think the property manger could have been more helpful. Southampton is a large cruise port. People need a place to hold their luggage until check in time. also, the location is not as close to the port as we had thought.

GBGBThe home is absolutely beautiful and Samantha was lovely and very helpful. Free WiFi and essentials and she also provided food for breakfast etc. There's also a cabinet in the living room full of items you may need/may have forgotten which was lovely too. She also put out a card and a balloon as it was for mine and my partners anniversary. Absolutely recommend staying here :)

GBIt was honestly such a beautiful accomodation and Samantha and her husband were so attentive and really wonderful hosts! We slept beautifully, the bungalow was exceptionally clean and all the small things were thought of and provided. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.
