It was clean

The apartment rooms were a little small. The shower doors were off the rail and there was black algae in the shower. We found obtaining the key a little difficult.

Lovely apartment spoiled by cheapness.

Arrived to find just half a toilet roll in the en-suite. The exact same in the other bathroom and no extras anywhere. One bathroom I’d put down to error but two? Add in the ridiculously late check-in time of 4pm (backed up with 10am latest checkout), then that just confirms to me a cheap attitude. They did offer to send some loo roll but, late as it was, and not wanting to be disturbed as I had a headache and wanted to lie down, I declined. Despite that they still rang half an hour later trying to get in. Waking me up was just great. Showering in the morning I found a severe lack of hot water. Shower started off ok but quickly went to tepid. Shaving started at tepid. Day 2 - NO HOT WATER!!! No shower. Cold shave! All in all, a really nice apartment but a stay ruined by stuff that could so easily and ironically so cheaply be addressed. An earlier check in or later check out (or both) would be a good start - zero cost! Extra loo roll - minimal cost! Hot water maybe a little more but all in all, for not so much, you’d turn an average stay into a very good one.
