Grubby/Dirty House. From Kitchen cupboards, dirty glasses, dirty utensils drawer, ice machine full of ants, drying rack old and grubby, washing machine rusted and molded seal, dirty and untidy outside wash line area, dishwasher was disgusting had a foul smell, hair in the shower and not cleaned properly tiles and 'glued area' around the shower disgusting Plates and bowls - most of them are chipped On the kitchen list - the following was listed but NOT PRESENT - Coffee machine, tumble dryer, children's highchair. Under Room Amenities; No air conditioner or fans in the bedrooms except for one room The walls had cracks, walls are dirty, pot plants were dying or dead, exercise bicycle is old, rusted and eyesore in the main room Where the house is situated on the dam, the night sounds of frogs and Secada's is deafening making it impossible to sit outside and unable to keep bedroom windows open

A 'homey' feeling. House was very well designed. Comfortable. Beds were great. (for me a big deal). We tried the pizza oven, tried the first time and it was a done deal. We are renovating next year our outdoor spaceship and we are going to embrace the same. Only flaw. On a hot humid KZN day where the breeze doesn't move. Ventalation in kitchen and lounge was needed. We bought two large fans to keep the air moving. But we are JHB's so can't really manage the humidity. But loved every minute second of it.
