Location accogliente e centrale

L’emplacement était très bien et l’appartement spacieux. Très bien pour 1 ou 2 nuits maximum.

C’est un appartement assez vieux, qui a été rénové et malheureusement nous avons eu des odeurs au niveau de la salle de bain, il y avait de la moisissure dans la douche et c’était une galère pour jeter la chasse d’eau. La climatisation est très bruyante et ne refroidi que la partie où se trouve le canapé.

Apartamentų vieta tikrai labai puiki. Aplink ramu, nesigirdėjo jokio pašalinio triukšmo iš gatvės. Pėsčiomis galima lengvai pasiekti tiek senamiestį, tiek geležinkelio stotį. Kambariuose nekaršta. Butas pirmame aukšte.

Su kambarių mikroklimatu tikrai reikia kažką daryti. Įėjus į būtą buvo jaučiama drėgmė ir nevėdintas oras. Dulkės buvo ir po lovomis, ir ant dekoratyvinių gėlių, pastebėjome ir voratinklių. Remonto reikalauja ir dušo kabina, ji taip pat ankšta. Sunkoka sureguliuoti šaltą ir karštą vandenį. Virtuvėlė labai maža. Ar dėl buto drėgmės, ar dėl to, kad nespėjo išdžiūti po skalbimo - patalynė buvo drėgna. Ją išsidžiovinome lygintuvu. Likus 2 val. iki registracijos šeimininkas nesutiko priimti 2 lagaminų, tačiau pasiūlė bagažo saugojimo paslaugą, kurios būtų reikėję ieškoti, kai lauke +35 laipsniai.

Nice location. Very easy to check in. Super comfortable beds and clean sheets. Very large bedrooms. Ice cold AC.

Black mold in the shower/bathroom. Almost impossible to find parking if you arrive by car. The owner while being nice insisted multiple times that I give a 10 review. The owner also told us it's essential for them that we take the garbage out.

The accommodation is close to the train station ground floor so good if you have a few suitcases , also close to the sea, the communications from the host was very efficient and he got back to me straight away with each correspondence.

Easy access.

The location is good, close to a lot of things, the apartment is big.

The bathroom was dirty and there was an intense smell of mold everywhere in the apartment, my friends who were allergic had a very hard time sleeping there. Also in the rest of the apartment the cleaning was not well done. I didnt appreciate that the owner insisted multiple times that I give a 10 review.

Davide provided us with all necessary information at the right time, and answered questions quickly. It is easy to enter the flat and easy to check out. The property is a nice city flat with ample space for 4 persons. Kitchen is well equipped and bed sheets and towels were clean, the beds are of good quality. Bari is a good location to explore Apulia with its many villages and cities, and the main shopping streets and the old city are in walking distance. One thing worth mentioning, and this is due to the location in the Centre of Bari and not the proprietor's fault - If you have a car, be prepared to use one of the parking garages in the neighbourhood, as street parking is basically not available. We found a friendly parking operator round the corner, and had no issues leaving the car there. Install the EasyPark app on your mobile, this will allow to use the blue parking spaces without hassle at reasonable cost. We used it a lot in other locations, where parking was easier.
