Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of SEK 1500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

"Convinient? More so inconvinient and disgusting"

The apartment is not as bright and comfortable as shown in the pictures. It felt a bit like a scam. The cooking pot that was provided was dirty with black stains. Since it didn‘t come off we only had one other tiny pan to use which can only cook one serving at a time. There were only 1 pot and 1 pan. Very inconvenient. The baking tray also had left over dirt on it from the previous guest. Disgusting!!! The cutlery was also dirty!! We gelt grossed out and didn‘t want to wat out of those plates. There was also no warning that the hot water was very limited…we had to find out in a unpleasant way. The neighborhood didn‘t feel safe for women (there was also an incident with the police on our last night, unrelated to us). Over all a lot if things that were inconvenient and unpleasant.
