Ce que j’ai aimé de cet extrait établissement c’est que c’est à proximité de l’aéroport. Je suis déjà venu une fois mais rien à voir j’ai été bien reçu et je suis revenu une deuxième fois et là c’est carrément différent.

Une hôtesse à l’accueil, elle n’est pas compréhensible avec les clients ne veut pas faire l’effort de trouver des solutions avec les clients, j’ai l’impression que c’est une des responsables de l’hôtel. je suis arrivé à 10h avant de prendre la chambre à 14h. J’ai attendu jusqu’à 13 heures et à 13h30. J’ai demandé la chambre qui était prêt, ils m’ont pas donné, ils m’ont donné la chambre qu’à 14 heures pile, je venais de faire 17 heures de voyage en avion. Arrivée dans la chambre la chambre santé de la cigarette c’est nul je pouvais pas dormir la nuit avec l’odeur de la cigarette et le matin avec les gens qui font les manutention à l’extérieur, 7h du matin. Mauvaise expérience.
