We really liked the accommodation, right in front of the ocean, with a beautiful balcony overlooking the palm trees and the water. It was a very spacious place. The best part was having access to the pool right from the room. With two kids, this was the number one in comfort!

On the downside, it was very hot, and there was no air conditioning in the bedroom on the first floor, making it hard to breathe. Another downside was the presence of ants and cockroaches. Every time you opened a drawer with spoons, you were greeted by a new friend. Additionally, there was a huge cockroach in the kitchen that really scared me; I was afraid to walk around in the dark afterwards. I think this issue needs to be addressed.

Overall cleanliness and neatness, pool, close proximity to the airport, and a kitchen for meals.

The upstairs mattress was a bit hard and the towels could be softer.

Paul ,the maintenance guy / owner has a bad way of maintaining the complex. Instead of taking care of issues such as noisy a.c. units , fumigating for bugs, changing out knife sets when the unit is vacant. He waits until you check in then wants to send over people to fix things disrupting your stay. He has a very rude tone and disposition This unit is also not ADA friendly. No showers down stairs,only an outdoor shower that is not wheelchair accessible or walker friendly. Pool filters need cleaning, rubbish in pool..

Excellent location, roomy, and clean. Nicely decorated.

The host was accommodating for a last minute booking. We enjoyed the location, walking to the beach most of the days during our stay. We also enjoyed surfing and restaurants nearby.

There really weren't any major issues we found with the property. There was some road work nearby, but that was out of the host's control.
