Location was OK.

Unfortunately we did not have access to the pool for our entire stay. This was disappointing, as we booked this accomodation due to this feature. There was no pool key available for us, and the staff were extremely unhelpful. Despite ringing multiple times, all staff seemed incapable of helping us. Even after our stay, I have been trying to get in touch and still am waiting for a reply. The shower smelt, and did not drain properly. The photo that shows the orange chairs on the deck were both broken and we were unable to use. All in all, a very disappointing stay. Would not recommend.
