penang is well known for the best place to find the best nasi kandar ever. My favourite is Deen maju nasi kandar. Deen maju is nearby to Beacon. Our breakfasct and lunch were nasi kandar. it was superb.

My only problem was when the guard prohibited all my daughters to enter the pool because they were not wearing proper swimming attire. We did understand the jobscope of the guard which they are obliged with. My youngest daughter cried a lot for not able to enter the swimming pool. As among the main reasons we chosed Beacon because it has big and beautiful swimming pools and all my daughters love them very much especially during our first visit. For us, Muslimah in Kelantan, long sleeve black jersey, tudung tied in, is the best muslimah attire for swimming. On our previous stay, we did not have such bad experience. Maybe, Beacon should loose in a little bit its rules on the swimming dress code for muslimah. We may think twice to come again for that.
