Please note that the pool is open from 15 May until 30 September. Late check-in after 8:00 PM is available for a surcharge of €15. Late check-out until 7:00 PM costs 50% of the daily rate and is subject to availability. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. If you require an invoice when booking a prepaid rate, write this and your company details in the Special Requests box. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. "Nice house with not so personal athmosphere"

Nice accomodated house with a special charme , very kind personal and great pool! Enjoy a good breakfast, nice surrounding and perfect location in the middle of sicily, near by sweet enna and piazza armerina

The owner lady appeared for one breakfast and almost didnt say hello. No questions about their guests, no conversation. To use a washer for three tshirts they wanted to charge 15€. The wifi is absolutlety not stabile (in general no problem for us, but the payment by card didnt work because of that and nobody told us).

The pool is big, clean, and well-maintained The breakfast is good, products are fresh The person who met us was helpful

The room had a small cockroach. There were many ants in the room & also on the beds. The door would not close easily as a result of the puling the handle was not fixed well and would fall off. The skirting is falling off in different parts of the rooms The TV had very few channels when compared to other accommodations in Sicily. There is a section that has a carpet of grass, which looks nice, but when you see all the ants you realise that it is probably the source of the problems (& what there is under it).

The house is beautiful in a quiet location. Everything around is peaceful and green.

There was no WIFI reception in our room which was very inconvenient - other than that this place is great!

Great style, lovely collections of art, literature and funky furniture! Our host was very welcoming, helpful, friendly and caring. Drinks available from kitchen with honesty bar

No safe and only a loud air in unit in one of the bedrooms we rented.
