La Casa di Nino

Location was brilliant. Close to ferry, food and 10 mins walk to train. Water bottles provided for first day. Good app to help you settle in. Once checked out, luggage storage 7 mins walk from apartment. Please note apartment is on 3rd floor via steps.

Lots of insects in bathroom, property not cleaned when checked in at 15:00. Asked for early check in, was told apartment was being cleaned, when we checked in at 15:00, there were no cleaners and property was in dirty condition from previous users. Cleaner arrived at 16:00. Host was apologetic and reimbursed cleaning fee promptly after check out.

Staff were incredibly responsive to any questions we had and communications were very easy. The apartment was clean and in an excellent location. We enjoyed walking the stairs to the apartment. It was well secured and quiet. The hosts provided a lovely welcome pack. Thanks. We would definitely stay again.

We had difficulty getting the washing machine to work, but staff were prepared to come and assist us.

The location was great for getting around town. The apartment itself was clean. They left some goodies for us which was nice and they had an iron and washing machine for clothes. Very much appreciated.

We were not a fan of the hoard of pigeons that were unnaturally loud running right above us and right outside the windows in the bedroom upstairs. There is no insulation on it sounded like they were in the room. It started very early every day. Wasn't aware the room itself was on the 3rd floor. We booked it because there was a bedroom on the lower level for my elderly father in law but it's par for the course in Italy. He just took it slow going up and down. The air conditioning wasn't the best in the attic room which could get a bit uncomfortable.

Location was superb. The contact with host was exceptional, very easy & helpful instructions for all aspects of getting there, arrival etc. It was comfortable, clean & welcome pack a nice touch.

An option of a double bed in 2nd bedroom would be good, but not a real problem. Sofa was not very comfortable, however, the location was right in the middle of things, so we didn't spend a lot of time lounging about. If there had been more than two of us, there was no additional relaxed seating.

Great location, comfortable.

Pillows were way too soft and washing machine was with no instructions.

Location is very good and the house is comfortable and warm.

This property does not have an elevator and it’s on the third floor. Just a heads up for those who has big baggages.
