"Könnte mit wenig Aufwand perfekten Ausgangspunkt für entspannten Städtetrip für max 4 Gäste bieten"

Lage und Aufteilung der Wohnung, sehr nette und schnelle Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber, Terrasse mit Außenküche, gut funktionierende Klimaanlage, viele Bars, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt in der Nähe, 10 min entfernt gute Parkmöglichkeiten außerhalb der ZTL

diverse Schimmelflecken an Wänden in Flur, Bad und Wohnzimmer und auch am Gummi in der Kühlschranktür (die nicht richtig schließt), Dusche etwas eng, Wasser in der Dusche fließt extrem langsam ab (Überlaufgefahr bereits wenn zweite Person duscht) und Wasser tropft nach dem Duschen durch die Decke ins EG, Kaffeemaschine defekt, Hälfte des Gasherdes zündet nicht automatisch, Bialetti verfügbar aber ohne Griff, wenig Geschirr/Besteck vorhanden (4 große Kaffeetassen davon eine defekt, 2 Weingläser etc), ebenso nur 2 Stühle auf der Terrasse, 1 Liegestuhl, Sonnenschirm auf der Terrasse defekt.

"Top location, cool, small city house with a chill terrasse on the top floor."

Location great. Appartment/House comfortable and super pretty, the terrasse was a highlight. Host very nice. Us, siblings travelling together,each his own room and privacy. We had a great time. Shops, Bars and Restaurants all in walking distance.

Pretty noisey around the weekend. Besides a very loud concert that weekend, the corner bar throwing away empty glass bottles in containers and some motocylces/scooters drinving through actually a quiet carless calm street. Earplugs did the trick. Shower is narrow, but did the job.

"perfect for a stay in the old heart of Palermo, living with the Palermitanos"

Fantastic traditional townhouse in a central location and a quiet side street, no one opposit. Personally and comfortably furnished, by and for the owners. Ground floor with kitchen dining table and sofa. Bedroom above (didn't need AC!!) then the terrace with kitchenette. With wine, bread, olives, cheese we stayed for the evening. Bar Obatala around the corner is great for morning coffee and lunches. In the evening there are many bars/restaurants around the huge green area of ​​Piazza San ‘Eunio. Would like to come again.
