Beds are made on arrival, bed linen and 2 towels are included, as well as final cleaning (except the kitchenette and dishes) for stays of 6 nights or less. Linen and two towels are included for stays of 7 nights or more. Reception is available at the residence Tourmalet located 755 feet away. During Winter season, the reception opening hours are: Sunday to Thursday from 08:00 until 12:00 and from 15:00 until 19:00. Friday from 08:00 until 12:00 and from 15:00 until 20:00 Saturday from 08:00 until 20:00. During Summer season opening hours are: Sunday to Thursday from 09:00 until 12:00 and from 15:00 until 19:00 Friday from 09:00 until 12:00 and from 15:00 until 20:00 Saturday from 09:00 until 12:00 and from 14:00 until 20:00 For stays of 6 nights or less, check in is from 15:00 and check out is until 11:00. For all other stays check in is from 17:00 and check out is until 10:00. Guests arriving outside reception opening hours are kindly requested to contact the residence in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Breakfast and bakery service must be booked the day before. Please note that one parking space is provided per reservation and additional covered car parking is available for an extra charge. All parking spaces are subject to availability and must be reserved upon arrival. Please note that maximum occupancy includes baby cots. Basic WiFi is available for free. Full WiFi access is at an extra cost. Please note if staying with a pet, the supplement is 9 EUR per day. There is a pet fee package for 50 EUR for the week.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Los apartamentos son muy luminosos con unas vistas impresionantes y con muy buena. calefacción. Están muy limpios y bien equipados .El personal de recepción es amable y el personal de limpieza muy puntual cuando vinieron a revisarlos.

Que no hay ascensor y al llevar un carrito de bebé es un poco complicado .

Vue exceptionnelle sur les pistes. Navette gratuite pour se rendre à la station. piscine une peu éloignée de mon logement (autre bâtiment). Equipement au top un détail de ce qui est disponible serait mieux et éviterait de se déplacer avec du matériel pour rien.

Juste une chose le MICRO ONDE de l'appartement D80 ne fonctionnait pas du tout. Deux grandes serviettes et deux serviettes pour le visage ne suffisent PAS DU TOUT pour un appartement de 4 personnes. Un seul sac poubelle, une seule dosette pour le lave vaisselle et UN SEUL rouleau de papier toilette sont LARGEMENT insuffisant.

- Emplacement très proche des pistes et du village, tout est accessible facilement grâce à la navette en 5mn - Personnel tjs dispo et très sympathique - Piscine avec superbe vue sur les montagnes (même si un peu froide) - Pas mal d'espaces de rangement dans l'appartement

- les parkings couverts sont 'loins' des appartements et nous ne les avons donc pas utilisés - appartements fonctionnels mais un peu désuets. Propreté moyenne (on a clairement rendu les apparts plus propres que nous les avons trouvés), équipements inégaux entre les appartements (ex : aspirateur, balai serpillère, vaisselle et couverts, nb de clé de local à ski) - bien lire les conditions avant d'arriver car différences en fonction du nb de nuits passées et pas très bien expliqué (ex: ménage non compris à partir de 7 nuits) - attention aux frigos très froids (même en position minimum) : certaines de nos provisions ont gelé, impossible de mettre des choses au fond du frigo.
