Access to property very easy

Owners didn’t organise a cleaner for me and said that they don’t change bedding or clean if you stay for atleast one day except if it is for 4 days then they’ll clean on the 4th day and again wait for other 4 days.

Apartment was in a good location.

The Apartment needs to he styled better. Very bland interior. Need mirror in the bedroom. Needs to be decorated better to provide more of a homely feeling. There is terrible noise factor throughout the night. The Supercars reving their engines until early morning makes it impossible to sleep.

I liked that it was very close to the shops and restaurants

The apartment was not clean the bedding was either not ironed or it was dirty, we requested new bedding and the one that was placed was still not ironed. The windows were dirty, helper needs lessons in cleaning and there were ants on the kitchen counter. The corridor has an unpleasant smell. The crockery and cutlery was short. We expected WiFi details had to request those as well. Just seemed unorganised. Booking was confirmed 2 days earlier and deposit paid but they didn’t know about the booking upon arrival. It could have been so seamless checking in.

Location was perfect. I liked the shower. I liked the view.

The room was not cleaned during my stay. The instructions of use if the tV was not clear. We asked for help and no one pitched.

The property is close to beach, shopping Centre within the complex and many restaurants within a walking distance.

The shower drainage pipe needs attention, the water was moving very slower resulting in a pool of water in the shower pan

Location, cleanliness and comfortability of the apartment. Was well decorated and had everything we needed.

There was no mirror in the bedroom which made dressing up very difficult. Would definitely suggest adding a mirror in the bedroom for hair and makeup and maybe a full length mirror as well. Also, the deposit fee of R2000. Very highly unnecessary. Would suggest a lowering fee or maybe having someone check the place for damages upon check-out.

The location the city and Seaview. Everything was perfect.What a cozy 1 bedroomed apartment.
