one of the best holiday homes ever, very good equipment, friendly, nice view to Santa Maria del Angeli and only a few minutes to Assisi.

Bardzo piękny dom, przestronny, czysty, pachnący i komfortowy. Wykończony w pięknym włoskim stylu, położony na skarpie z pięknym widokiem. Wyposażony w sprawną klimatyzację i posiadający bezpieczne miejsce parkingowe. Pobyt minął nam bardzo komfortowo, mogliśmy odpocząć, zrelaksować się i przede wszystkich zwiedzić przepiękne pobliskie miasteczka. Pani Rita to bardzo miła i przesympatyczna osoba, która swoją troską sprawia, że jest to wyjątkowe miejsce i wyjątkowy pobyt.

Appartamento molto pulito,di recente ristrutturazione,grazioso e dotato di veramente tutti i confort.Proprietari molto disponibili e gentili,ci hanno consigliato molto bene su dove mangiare e cosa vedere di importante.Ideale per una vacanza in famiglia la struttura pur essendo in campagna e' molto vicina a tutti i luoghi di interesse e arterie principali oltre ad avere uno splendido panorama su tutta la vallata di Assisi.Ideale per chi cerca un oasi di relax lontano dal caos cittadino,ci ritornerei volentieri quindi la consiglio vivamente a chi vuole visitare la zona.

Апартаменты только что отремонтированы, очень чисто и уютно. Чистота на 10 баллов. Хозяйка апартаментов Рита была максимально внимательна. Мы приехали поздно, несмотря на это заселение прошло отлично. На любую просьбу Рита быстро реагировала и даже поменяла холодильник), тк были проблемы. Мы очень довольны нашим пребыванием! Из ньюансов, я не обратила внимание при бронировании, что нужно брать с собой постельное белье, но к счастью у нас были с собой пара комплектов. Возможно его можно было арендовать.

This is a beautiful property with the perfect location to explore Assisi and to also explore other areas nearby. We rented a car and drove everywhere from Siena to San Gimignano to Rome. Rita is such a lovely and accommodating host who has put a lot of love into this property. It was truly a blessing to stay here. It has all the amenities you need for your stay. We will be recommending to all of our friends and family!

Absolutely nothing

From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed and relaxed. Rita is a host like no other, attentive, friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The apartment is just beautiful, filled with lovely details and added extras that allow you to relax immediately. The whole apartment has been completely renovated and the result is a fresh, modern and comfortable place to stay. There are two main bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and one with a queen size bed and a single bed. Both bedrooms have lovely modern bathrooms adjoining. There is also a large sofa bed in the lounge-room. There are some beautiful areas to relax, an upstairs terrace overlooking the gorgeous rolling Umbrian hills down towards Santa Maria and the dome of the Basilica. We ate our breakfast on the outdoor terrace at the rear overlooking an olive grove and it was so peaceful. I loved the upstairs nook/chill area and spent a relaxing hour or so reading up there. The apartment has been very thoughtfully decorated and there is nothing lacking. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare breakfast or a quick meal. I found a cooktop, fridge and sink with coffee machine and kettle. The location is quiet and peaceful and is only a 10 minute drive to both the main centre of Assisi and the towns of Santa Maria and Bastia Umbria where you can find shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. We also found a delicious gelateria in the nearby town of Palazzo called Oxybar - best ice cream ever! We found the location ideal as a base to explore other parts of Umbria such as Perugia, Montefalco, Bevagna, Spello, Spoleto and Deruta. This is an absolute gem of a place and I can’t recommend it highly enough.

I can't think of anything that was lacking.
