Hotel W Grand - A Boutique Hotel

Very clean and comfortable

Location was the only issue as it increases transportation cost

Property is ok but not all faiclities

Not table with chair in room and no cattle and no slippers

Clinliness

Distance from mussoorie, it was mentioned that it is only 5-6 kms from mussoorie but originally 17 kms

Clean rooms rest everything else was hopeless

Hotel W Grand W means WORST. DONT COME HERE PLS PLS PLS . So many reasons to rate it this low. 1) Staff is pathetic. I booked 2 king rooms and called upfront to ensure the rooms. Yet on arrival we were offered double rooms. Later when i showed them the booking voucher they said that these are family rooms. But booking.com had no such option called family room. Finally we settled into the family room only. 2) Noisiest rooms No sound insulation at all. You can hear people talking from next room. Not just that, you can even hear water flowing from pipes and drains. 3) Basic amenities lacking. No hand towels. No wiper. Bath towels wet. No shampoo. I had to blinkit it after asking twice. 4) Breakfast experience was a nightmare. After being told that buffet is served in the restaurant, we arrived to see that it wasn't. It was ala carte. They didn''t even pack our leftover paranthas for our onward journey (God knows what they gonna do with those, maybe serve it to other guests , i know that sounds weird but having seen so much about this hotel i guess its quite possible).

The room offered great comfort and a luxurious feel. We enjoyed our stay in the hotel.

The prices of food and beverages were on the high side. Guests should note that this hotel is a little far from major attractions, but transport was easily available.
