Guests highly rate the great location and frequently praise the comfortable bed.
US1. The location as it is close to the LGA airport for a much more reasonable price than what hotels close to the airport offer. 2. There's a bus stop 3 minutes of a walk to the LGA airport. If you've never used NYC public transportation, at this specific bus stop you can pay inside the bus at the entrance of the bus either way tap pay or apple/Samsung pay. 3. The owner of this establishment was very communicative and informed us of everything necessary prior to our arrival.
1. The place was easy to find, but if you struggle to climb stairs, this place isn't for you. You have to climb two sets of very steep stairs inside the building with little room between the walls and then attempting to hoist up two 50lbs suitcases was nearly impossible. Unfortunately this wasn't in any of the descriptions or images as far as I could see. . 2. When we finally managed to climb our way up, the rooms were extremely warm, anywhere between 80-85 Fahrenheit according to the A/C units (we arrived around 9pm). There are two A/C window units, one in each bedroom, but those took forever to cool anything down, though eventually after a few hours it was finally cool enough to not sweat. I just wished the units were running or at least set to a cooler temperature on energy saver prior to our arrival, though I understand wanting to save energy as A/C units do consume a lot of power. 3. I visited with my fiancée and we planned on using the big bed that was available - we couldn't. The bed/mattress leaned so much that I could've rolled off, so we had to resort to sleeping in seperate beds. Individually, both beds were comfortable enough for one night. Ceilings are low in a lot of the areas so just watch your head if you're tall. 4. All negatives aside, for one night it's better than sleeping on the streets or at the airport, though I think next time my fiancée and I will go the more expensive route and just go for a hotel instead. 5. We do appreciate the host for offering us a more affordable place to stay close to the airport, and if you can look past all the negatives I have listed, I do recommend it for a night if you're traveling light or just waiting to travel the next day. Really easy to commute from the apartment to the LGA airport, not sure about the JFK Airport or any other nearby.

CALocation
Hello, upon check-in after the flight, we stopped by the room at 12 a.m. There wasn't even a kettle in the room to make coffee. There was an acrid smell of chemicals, possibly from aerosols. It was impossible to breathe. We were frozen at night, it was cold. At 5 o'clock in the morning, we did not get enough sleep, and we could not even drink a hot aofa, we had to leave this room. We ask you to return the money. It was terrible.
