Clean, calm, easy to reach from the airport ( 8€ by train), there is a close shopping mall and grocery store( like 5 minutes walk), the communication with the owner was perfect with no delays and enough clear instructions of how to reach the property, I like it.

What I love most about the property is the host. I have stayed in many places, but none of the hosts matched the promptness and responsiveness of this host. Armando went to the extent of providing even extra information whenever a question was asked to him, regardless of whether it was about the property or anything else related to Rome. He responded even late at night. I also appreciate the small details about the accommodation, such as the quality of the tissue paper, branded shower gel, etc., which show how Armando cares about the comfort and class of its place.

I feel like the instructions to obtain the keys could be simpler and more straightforward. And for those who drive, I felt like finding the car park for the first time, it was very challenging.
