"Disappointing!"

Nice host.

Very noisy due to traffic. Room is right next to traffic lights so direct noise throughout the night. Room was quite cold and no option to regulate the temperature. Large TV but not working.

"Nice apartment, very clean but with a not good price quality level"

Very clean, nice decorated

The window at the sleeping room is not well fitted so sound from cars comes from the nearby street. The toilet is small and outside the apartment (not clearly indicated on the summary of the booking). For 80€ per night I would expect something more on those 3 issues. For 50-60 per night would be a fair price.

"Basic accommodations with good value for the money."

Good location fairly close to train station. Perfect location to visit trade shows in Laatzen.

Some blinds to keep out (street) lights at night would be nice to have in the bed room. The room with the couch had curtains serving that purpose.

Sehr gutes, liebevoll gemachtes Frühstück. Sehr geräumige Wohnung. Bequeme Betten. Modernes Bad. Nur 10 Minuten zur S-Bahn.

Zum Badezimmer muss man durch den Flur.

Alles bestens. Vermieterin wohnt mit im Haus und ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wohnung gut ausgestattet und sauber. Tassimo Kaffee und Tee sind vorrätig. Sogar 1 Flasche Wasser und Apfelsaft standen bereit. Frühstück kann dazu gebucht werden, man kann auswählen, was man möchte. Wir waren nur übers Wochenende dort, wegen einer Veranstaltung in der ZAG Arena. Mit dem Auto nur 10min entfernt. Hannover ist mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel gut zu erreichen. Ich kann diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.
