room door would not shut proper had to slam it to make it close. shower in our room had no pressure and even after running for a couple of minutes the water was still very cold. had broken furniture in our room including a broken bed and mattresses where really uncomfortable. only parking could find regardless of the time of day was always 2-3 streets away then would have walk rest of the way which if you have kids or lot of luggage or even elderly this is not easy. main front door was never shut proper so anyone was able to just push it open to let themselves in.

I'll be totally honest the only good thing was the price, I booked tickets for us to come and see Take That and stupidly left it longer than I should have to book accommodation for me and my 3 daughters. The online pictures make it look okay but that isn't really the case.

The property is very run down and needs either a total renovation or knocking down. There is redundant furniture littered all around the outside of the building. The door code for the front didn't work so we entered through a side entrance into a kitchen. We then had to walk through a dining/laundry room where we were greeted by a lady i presume maybe worked there doing some laundry and a man led out on the sofa. The building generally smelt bad, mould, cheese, cooking smells, basically nothing nice! We stayed in a loft room that was a million degrees, luckily we remembered our own fan. The lock on our door was a code lock and the batteries were flat when we got to our room, the only positive is they did actually replace them. The furniture was tired and we had a 3 legged chair, the curtains were hanging by a thread and covered in stains. Surprisingly the toilet was clean and we had a shower but no hot water!! The mattress felt like it was an inch thick, but the bedding did look clean. The carpet was grim and the room just stank in general. All in all I'd say avoid unless you are desperate or are on a stag do!!

There was no TV in room and broken chair very poor accomodation did not stay the night requested money back

The only thing I liked was the location because of the reason I went to Southampton.

Everything things else. Ever if is for free, don't stay. Access from front door doesn't work ( smart locker haven't battery to open ) Heating doesn't work. The room was dirty as a f*** The bed linen smell as ashtray. Really poor experience. DON'T WAST YOUR MONEY THERE
