Cosy 4 Bed in Chapel St Leonards

Staircase is steep and furniture in bedrooms was aged considering the modern interior fixtures. Would not recommend for disabled, even though there is a downstairs bedroom as not much room around the bed. Bigger quilts needed on beds. And a tv in second upstairs double. Only 1 toilet and bathroom so queues form early In the morning. Would I stay again. Yes without hesitation.

Only one very nice bathroom rainfall shower We thought this might cause a problem but was not an issue in the end

Only one bathroom is a problem for eight guests having to share and que! Also three of the bedrooms don’t have any mirrors and had to share the only small mirror upstairs

TV wasn't tuned in. Very bright in the living area, could do with a couple of table lamps. Waterproof duvets very uncomfortable and hot. Lacking some basic kitchen equipment ie bottle opener, washing up liquid, tea towels, no information regarding recycling, no information about eating out and the general area and places to visit.

It was a beautiful house. Great lay out. Great for my dogs. Didn't realise 1 bedroom was down stairs. But turned out perfect for us, as we needed a ground floor room for a family member. Would stay here again.

A really nice modern house, bigger than its looks in the images. Neighbours lovely. Perfect for a nice walk around the area. Kept the car on drive as the local bus that served Skegness, Ingoldmells and Chapel st Leonards was exceptional value at £12 for the full day for 5 of us.
