"Not worth it."

We were offered a diff unit and it was so bad. Sumabog yung makina ng kuryente thrice. Communicated sa host and caretaker but no response at all. Sobrang bagal ng wifi

"Disappointing Trip.com hotel accommodation"

Decent accommodation

Booked hotel not available for 2days on oct 27 and 28, Avida Tower 1 rm 2101. Receptionist says somebody was booked for day 1 and found out again day 2 was accopied. We were transferred to RIAlA tower and other Avida room on 2nd night. On Oct 27 they want to transfer us at club ultima but only powered by generator and power will be off around 2am to 4am. We insist they should find us decent replacement. Very inconvenient experience. You must assess your partner hotel because somebody might experience the same.

"Avoid this place."

Location

The building runs with generator, so annoying because electricity supply is on and off several times in a day and night and this issue in these building is everyday, the A/C is not working properly . There is only 1 elevator working out of 3 and it’s always busy, many guests stuck inside the lift including my self when the generator stop working, had to used stairs up and down. The toilet smells like public toilet, the stove was not working and asked for replacement twice. Sink is clogged and released bad smell. No toilet amenities provided just 2 tissue roll in the entire stay. No diswashing machine. The bed mattress full of stain when I removed the bed sheets, the washing machine dryer doesn’t dry clothes. Interior design is outdated. We supposed to stay for another day,but due to electricity issue we had to check out the next day but when we contact the property incharge we were forced to vacate the place immediately because the check out policy is 12noon, after all the bad experience they never give us a bit of time to pack our stuff.

I really loved the size of the unit! Everything worked well. This is the first time that I stayed in Cebu and was able to take a hot shower.

Location

Was not as nice as I expected for the price, cold water in one bathroom, and other was just warm enough to have shower , wifi never worked in bedroom
