Hotel Spiaggia d'Oro - Charme & Boutique by Double Hospitality

The reason for our stay was just to chill out and rejuvenate between our other busy stops. Which the location was perfect for. The staff were all wonderful, especially the restaurant staff The breakfast spread was unbelievable. There was so much food to choose from.

The room itself needed a bit of TLC. The toilet roll holder was hanging off the wall (broken) The shower was so small my husband could barely fit inside it and he’s not an overweight man. The large bathroom window wasn’t frosted and had a sheer curtain so we had to hang a towel over it so the neighbouring building wouldn’t be able to see in.

Great breakfast spread, dinner was also delicious. Very helpful staff, clean pool and option to paddleboard/kayak straight on to the lake. Parking is v limited outside the hotel. Option to pay €20 to use the private hotel parking, or use the free carpark ~250m away (although v busy).

For such a lovely hotel, disappointing to only have paper cups in the bedroom.

in una posizione idilliaca, 'pied dans l'eau'... l'hotel, molto curato, offre una colazione strepitosa come un ottimo ristorante; il personale super gentile si adopera per soddisfare ogni richiesta particolare (tipo allergeni al glutine, oppure informazioni all'accoglienza) sempre con sorriso cortesia e disponibilità! è stata davvero un'ottima scelta!

servizio massaggi solo disponibile il giorno dell'arrivo; dalle informazioni ci attendevamo fosse presente all'interno della struttura... peccato! abbiamo prenotato un servizio di taxi per il giorno della partenza tramite le gentilissime signorine all'accoglienza chiedendone il costo: rispetto alla cifra che ci è stata indicata, una volta a destinazione, la richiesta del taxista è stata maggiore... non si trattava di una differenza di cifra 'impossibile' ma è stato comunque un po' spiacevole; forse conviene ripetere l'informazione o pattuire meglio, così da evitare sorprese... per il resto tutto davvero oltre le aspettative!
