USVery kind and accommodating host. Large spacious apartment with very comfortable sheets and blankets. Easy check in/out. Location is close to the airport and orangutan sanctuary but farther from town. We used Grab but renting a car is probably better.
There was an issue with the wifi but Chin resolved the issue immediately. The apartment is in a complex of buildings that seem a bit prison like. But the inside of the apartment is good.
GBSuper helpful, we had a problem with no water pressure and were very quickly moved to another place which was beautiful. They are so spacious and were perfect for our 5 nights.
That they had no knives in the draw for eating 😆 minor problem 😁
