"The bedrooms were very clean and kitchen was well equipped."

Instructions to collect keys was easy.

The bathroom had not been cleaned. Hairs on the window sill. Water marks on the shower door and tiles as if someone had had a shower. Floor dirty. We had not been told the property was on a John Fowler complex. Only one person manning the shop, reception and bar. No entertainment. No point buying passes for the week. Waste of money.

The location was good. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. It had all the things that we required and it was very relaxing and quiet. The shop on site was well stocked with things that had been forgotten and the staff were friendly and helpful. We will definitely be returning soon.

The pillows were very soft and the filling had started to break up. Other than that we had no complaints.

Lovely quiet private residence, ideal for a couple or family. Chalet had everything you could possibly want or need. Well stocked with everything.

Chalet could have been aired better. Think it must have been shut up for some time.

This is nothing to do with the hosts, I definitely think the resort owners John fowler should open the facilities as I think it would be busy , it would have been great to stay on site and drink in bar for nye

"We made the best of our holiday"

The property is conveniently placed easy to park. The outside seating area was nice with the barbecue just as shame the previous people hadn’t cleaned the barbecue.

We didn’t feel that it was clean. I pulled the sofa out and the muck that was underneath it. I swept it and vacuumed it. Bathroom could’ve done wear a deep clean cobwebs in nearly every corner.

Wonderful. Well equipped . One of my daughters couldnt come in so it was plenty of space for other one and her family. Great location. Clean. She had a wonderful stay
