Great stay. Clean and simple. Great value for money

Good size. Host communication was great & helpful. Great to have parking permits.

Very noisy neighbours until early hours of the morning. Very noisy main road. Bedding not ironed, only 1 small bath towel per person ,no hand towels each, only 1 loo roll left for a group. Cleaning could be better around skirtings . All taps were loose. Garden overgrown and unable to access apart from opening the patio door.

Freshly renovated. Good value for money. Great host. Very clean

The decor was very poor. The stairs are not good for people with mobility issues. No toiletries provided The bed was not comfortable at all. The garden was overgrown No blind in kitchen and the blinds were ilfitting or broken in every room. The windows had to safety lock on them so unsafe for children The headboard was broken No blind in bathroom. Tv didn't work

1. House is by a roadside. Many fast traffic going through. Difficult to find parking. Difficult to load and unload luggages 2. When we arrived, the washing machine was full of wet laundry. Had to take out in order to use the washing machine 3. Heaters does not work. 4. Beds have bad mattresses. Can feel the springs 5. Beddings are smelly 6. We paid for 7 occupants but they didn't give enough towels etc for 7 7. The owner was not helpful at all. Called again and didn't want to answer. The whole experience of staying there was nightmare. Booking.com should take action against places like this.

Property is clean and was ok for one night however it needs some tlc and time and money spent on it. Wallpaper hanging off on the landing and stains on carpets. The bathroom needs a blind. Beds clean and bathroom and kitchen clean. No hot water and shower broken when we arrived but the owners did fix this for us within a few hours. It’s ok for a short stay but to be honest I would not pay to stay here again as other properties similar price in the area that we have stayed in before are much better quality but weren’t available for our trip to Alton towers. This property could be so much better

Door handle to living room,got stuck on the front door side, husband luckily found a spare handle in kitchen to put on,bathroom light,we couldn't turn off,no pull handle,woodlice in bathroom kept coming out from under skirting boards!!!! Young daughter found a condom and baby wipes underneath set of drawers in main double bedroom,that was unacceptable!!!!! No lock on back gate and no blind in kitchen for privacy, Sorry to sound negative but we had to be honest!!!
