Spacious 3 bed house near beach!

Spacious, close to the beach

We had a great stay. The property is well equipped with everything you need, including kitchen appliances, crockery, towels, plenty of toilet roll, washing up liquid, bin bags, etc. The house is in a great spot, a short walk from the beach, restaurants/cafes, a well stocked corner shop, fish and chip shop, Chinese takeaway, and a short drive from other Lowestoft amenities. The neighbours are friendly. The garden is secure (perfect for dog owners). The house was comfortable with a big bath, ample seating, a big dining table, TV, board games, and lots of storage space for clothing and bags. The host Seb is friendly, responsive, and helpful. A huge thumbs up for this lovely home from home.

The bathroom is downstairs, although this is common for properties of this age and style in Lowestoft (not so much a negative, just something to be aware of). The stairs are also quite steep, but there is a handrail, and our guests ranging from age 6 to sixties all coped fine with them (and the friendly neighbour whose house is the same style is 90!).

Parking was a little tight. But cannot really complain after all it was a side street .

Everything was fine with our stay, thank you very much. Knowing about the hot water pressure and the extra effort needed for the back door in advance,  was very helpful

Also, not sure if it is something you generally mention regarding properties, but the stairs are more narrow and steeper than usual which might be dangerous for customers who are less mobile.
