Muy cómodo apartamento en el centro de Liverpool. Muy amplio y con todas las comodidades. Bien ubicado respecto de las atracciones turísticas

Central location, very clean and parking a bonus.

Kitchen facilities could have been better, such as a cloth to wipe the sides down.

Very central yet in quiet area and very spacious and clean

checking in could be earlier 12MD and out slightly later 12MD

The living room and kitchen area were perfectly set up to allow a group to sit around and catch up easily. We had a great time enjoying a cup of tea at the large table with the patio doors open and a nice breeze. The property had everything we needed to comfortably enjoy a long weekend including hair dryer, extra bedding, tea/sugar, soaps, etc. The pull out sofa was easy to operate.

My main complaint was the lack of front desk staff or option to drop off luggage somewhere before check-in. When asked if I could drop luggage, I was offered an early check in for an additional fee, which read as a money making option. Instead, I had to pay the train station to keep my luggage on check in and check out. I also feel like a shelf or somewhere to set my soap/shampoo in the en suite shower would have been nice.

Very clean, comfortable with lovely decor. Great location, easy walking distance to centre.

Everything. It was just like the photos. Very comfortable. Perfect location, right in the city centre but still quiet. Rooms were large. Lounge/kitchen/diner space was great for our use and well equipped

The guys from Rassam's creamery throwing their bottles in the bins loudly at 1am - both the sound of glass and the bins banging - obviously not the accommodations fault and likely was because I'd already been woken by the baby around that time so was in a lighter sleep There was also a slight smell of smoke in the main areas but this did not get into the apartment

Location was good, comfortable sized rooms/beds.

Towels were dirty, glasses weren't clean.

Well located. Lovely and warm. Kitchen had what I needed for a couple of days. Good facilities. Quiet.

Prefer a dishwasher to a freezer, more practical. Couldn't find the bins on the ground floor, all doors locked and no access. No bin segregation for recycling, bottles etc.
