Luxury & Neat Private Room in DC

This is a place where everyone who wants to be disgraced with their money should go. This is a three-story apartment building. There are three rooms on the top floor and a shared bathroom. The middle floor is the living room and the kitchen. There are two rooms downstairs. Although it is said that smoking is not allowed, the people downstairs smoked marijuana all night. When you hold the towels used in the bathroom to the light, you see that they are full of stains. Also, the price is problematic. They charge an additional cleaning fee. Don't be fooled by the first number there.

Comfortable bed lol

I liked how spacey and comforting the room was a the back yard was cozy for my guest to sit and smoke outside.

The only thing I didn’t like was the plant that was on the ceiling people was hitting their head a lot lol

This property was very pretty. The guy that manages the property was very helpful. Change my sheets without a problem.

I was very unhappy about the room being listed with a private bathroom, the bathrooms were very much shared. When I first got there, the bedding had stains on it, and the owner went back-and-forth with me about the bedding being clean instead of just taking care of it right away.

Everything was great, the room was very clean and comfortable.

The only thing I didn't like was that it was very cold and they didn't have heating in the room.

It was clean, and the instructions were very clear for checking in and out.

It was incredibly cold, which made it uncomfortable and nearly impossible to sleep. When asking the owner about it, we did not receive a response, which was disappointing. Also included in the description of the place was a hair dryer, but there was not one.
