The BEST Tiny Home Loft and Private Yard

The house was so lovely, and the creek running next to it made it even more special. Even though it was a tiny home, it was the perfect size, even for 3 adults and 2 kids. The kids enjoyed the cozy loft bedroom and the arcade machine!

There was just a confusion about checking in time, we arrived at 3pm as stated on emails and booking website, but cleaning lady said checking in wasn’t until 4, and we had to leave and come back later until she was finished.

Our host and the place was perfect for our family of 4 adults. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the host was available throughout the weekend when random questions arose. Loved the full sized Pac-Man machine. It was handy to have laundry on prem and the designated parking spot was convenient. Looking forward to coming back in June!

The place was great. We happened to have A LOT of rain in a very short period of time, which caused some flooding outside the gate making it challenging to get in and out, but there was flooding everywhere in SLO, so 99% of the time, this will not be an issue.

Quiet, comfortable, clean and was nice to enjoy coffee in back porch area above creek. The Pac Man game was fun and a delight to find the Pretenders first release on vinyl upon arrival. That immediately went in the turntable. Fun little place. Affordable definitely and will return.

Took a minute to figure out how heater worked. But that isn’t anything I would fault the property over

The beds were comfortable. Very relaxing place to stay.

The floor joists need to be stabilized in the living room. They are very noisy. Could have used a cleaning spray like Fantastic for cleaning up counters and cooktop.

Owner was very proactive before arrival and responsive during our stay. Clean, comfy and roomy for 3 people. Kitchen was well outfitted with appliances and utensils. Nice to have a little private gated yard and porch swing overlooking the stream.

Clean and had everything we needed.

Very pretty, spacious, conveniently located. Owner was very responsive when I needed to communicated.

A couple of times my parking spot was taken, but I was always able to find another spot and the owner was very responsive.
